my listening skills are poor but i have to test all this.ĮDIT: i'm even speculating if putting out these calibration profiles would keep someone away from creating a "proper sister-site-version" of Sonarworks 4. Twathead: my room is horrific so i must use headphones I've q-cloned all the 155 headphones' profiles at 96 Khz (4 of them give me an error and can't be loaded). Sonarworks has Tilt and a low shelf, i'll q-clone them as well. I could "Q-clone" a 10% or 5% phase-inverted eq-curve-inverted version of each profile, so adding (subtracting) it directly in Q-clone can replace a dry/wet control. maybe i can just "mix in" Q-clone like a send instead of an insert somehow (inside some chaining plugin). TW: you're right, unfortunately Q-clone does not have a wet/dry control as Sonarworks. Sonarworks 4 sounds more solid to me, but i'm experimenting. LeviD: my headphones sound very differently using Morphit or Sonarworks! Morphit seems too bright and too much processed in my case.
